As provider information is supplied directly by the Service Providers, MNS makes no guarantee as to its accuracy. You are strongly encouraged to research the Service Providers’ representations and to verify their licenses and insurance policies prior to signing a contract or entering an agreement. MNS is not a freight forwarder, transportation service provider or broker.

3. This Site contains material, which is owned by or licensed to MNS. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions.

4. Unauthorized use of this Site may give to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.

5. This Site may include links to other websites. These links are provided for your convenience and to provide additional information. They do not signify that MNS endorses the website(s). MNS has no responsibility for the content of the linked website(s).

Providers/Advertisers:

1. By choosing to advertise on moversnshippers.com you agree that all information provided by you will be accurate and up-to-date.  You will not engage in any deceptive practices including, but not limited to: giving false quotes in order to secure business only to raise the price later, misrepresenting your insurance limits and/or licenses, manipulating feedback, representing yourself as a carrier when you are acting as a broker and bidding on jobs with the knowledge beforehand that you will not be able to meet the customer’s requirements.

2. You agree that you are solely responsible for the information and details you provide for your profile and that MNS does not endorse or verify said information.  You agree that any problems or customer complaints that should arise will be settled between you and the customer, with MNS having zero involvement or responsibility.

3. You agree that any and all agreements made between you and a customer will be in written form and provided to the customer prior to scheduled pickup of their shipment.

4. You acknowledge that the agreed upon rate for your advertisement will be charged to your credit card or withdrawn from your bank account at predefined, regularly scheduled intervals.  If you wish to end your advertisement subscription, you must do so prior to the next payment date.  Failure to do so will result a charge based upon the subscription interval you have chosen. Your ad will run for the prepaid period and will only end on the payment date that comes immediately after you end your subscription.  You acknowledge that no refunds will be granted, under any circumstances, once payment is made.

5. You reserve the right to have your ad removed at any time.  However, no refunds will be issued.

6. You agree to hold harmless Movers N Shippers LLC, its officers and employees from any and all liabilities or damages arising from your participation and advertisement on moversnshippers.com.
